What we collect

• Account email and display name.
• Topics you submit and artifacts we generate (report, audio).
• Usage events (page views, clicks, audio playback milestones) to improve the product.
• Billing metadata from Stripe (customer ID, subscription status). We never see your card.

What we don't do

• We do not train models on your content.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use third-party ad trackers.

Processors we use

• Anthropic (Claude + web_search) to investigate and write.
• Microsoft EdgeTTS to synthesize audio.
• Stripe for billing.
• PostHog Cloud for product analytics.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Cloudflare R2 for storing audio and reports.

Deletion

You can delete any job from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and associated artifacts, email hello@orcaster.com and we'll wipe everything within 30 days.
