1. The service

Orcaster (“we,” “us”) generates podcasts from user-supplied topics using large language models and text-to-speech providers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You won't use Orcaster to produce illegal content, deepfakes of real people, or content that infringes intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

Topics you submit and podcasts we generate belong to you. We do not train models on your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve the generated artifacts on our infrastructure.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

Orcaster is provided “as is.” We aim for accurate grounded output but generated content may contain errors; always verify critical claims before publishing.
